Srinagar, Aug 16: In a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti's daughter Iltija said all Kashmiris are caged like animals and denied basic human rights due to the clampdown in the valley.
