নিজস্ব প্রতিনিধি, ঢাকা ২ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২০ : মহামারির মধ্যেও চলতি বছরের জুন ও জুলাইয়ে অতীতের সব রেকর্ড ভেঙে রেমিট্যান্স পাঠিয়েছেন প্রবাসীরা। তবে আগস্টে এসে রেমিট্যান্সের গতি কিছুটা কমেছে। তারপরও গত বছরের আগস্টের তুলনায় এবার রেমিট্যান্সে ২৬ শতাংশের বেশি প্রবৃদ্ধি হয়েছে।

Foreign currency reserve, remittance hit new high
The foreign currency reserve and remittance has hit a new high in Bangladesh, amid the ongoing Covid-19 crisis. Expats have sent home USD 2.242 billion in just 27 days of July, which is expected to touch USD 2.5 billion by the end of the month.
