Kabul: A roadside mine blast in Afghanistan's southern Helmand province on Sunday left at least six civilians killed, media reports said on Monday.
The incident took place in Washir district after a civilian vehicle struck a roadside mine, said Mohammad Zaman Hamdard, a spokesman for provincial police chief told Tolo News.
“Two other civilians were wounded in the blast and the victims have been taken to a nearby hospital,” he said.
